Monasteraden is a small village in south County Sligo, Ireland. This site is dedicated to the mapping of the changing times of Monasteraden. Please read the about section for more details. Whenever the modern village is refered to it is spelt "Monasteraden". However, in historical documents the old townland is spelt "Monasterredan". When these documents are used as the source of the information, the old spelling is applied throughout.
