About the Monasteraden WEB

This will be in following sections:

To use the site you should remember the following:

• This is an interactive site. Generally all maps are clickable. Move the mouse over them to navigate.
• Use the back button the your browser to get back to the previous page. At present navigation
buttons are scarce throughout the site.
• The information given on households, plots of land etc. when using the interactive nature of the site is duplicated in the resource area. You can print these out for your reference rather than trying to note information available in the interactive sections.
• The family trees are presented as is. Some guess work is involved in any pre 1900 data. Corrections and amendments are encouraged.
• This is one person's effort to make this information available. I welcome any corrections and additional information that you might have. I would particularly like scans of pictures with details of who and what they contain.
