This is a small inlet of Lough Gara adjoining Plot 1 and bordering Sroove plot 94.
Griffith 1858.
This part of the lake was owned by all the owners of plot 1.
It was described in Griffith as "Land (part of Lough Gara)" and was noted as being owned by Hugh Kelly and partners, who were the owners of plot 1.
Why a piece of the lake was tabulated by Griffith becomes obvious when you look at plots 94 & 95 in Sroove.
Griffith describes these as "Land (reclaimed from Lough Gara)".
This plot was land reclaimed from the lake as well.
